Who we are

Tenzify LLC ("Tenzify," "we," "us") is a California limited liability company that develops and operates software, including the DealBuddy app (iOS, Android and app.autodealbuddy.com) and Glucose Converter. This policy covers those apps, our websites (tenzify.org and autodealbuddy.com) and the support we provide by email.

Information we collect

DealBuddy

• Account details. Your email address, plus the name on your account if you add one. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and an account identifier from them. If you use an email sign-in link, we receive your email address. We never see or store a password.
• Deal and vehicle details you enter or upload. For example the vehicle's year, make, model, trim, VIN, mileage and condition, and the deal's price, fees, interest rate, term, down payment and trade-in.
• Deal sheet photos. If you upload a photo of a dealer's offer sheet, we process it to read the deal's numbers. We don't keep the image after processing.
• Your area (optional). To compare prices locally, you can type a city or state, or let the app use your device's location. If you allow location, your device sends its coordinates directly to our location provider, BigDataCloud, which returns a city and state. We keep only the city or region, never your coordinates.
• Chat messages. Questions you send to Ask Deal Buddy and the replies.
• Purchases. Whether you have an active subscription or credits, as confirmed by Apple, Google, Stripe and RevenueCat. We never receive card or bank details.
• Usage data. Basic counts tied to your account, such as how many analyses you've run, to apply plan limits and keep the app reliable.

Glucose Converter

Glucose Converter does conversions on your device. It doesn't require an account, and we don't receive the readings you convert.

Websites and email

Our websites don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and block abuse. When you email us, we receive your message and email address.

How we use information

• To provide app features: analyzing deals, comparing prices to the market, decoding VINs, answering chat questions and saving your deals.
• To manage your account, subscription and plan limits.
• To respond to support and privacy requests.
• To keep our services secure and working, including preventing abuse and fixing errors.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to target ads.

How we use AI

DealBuddy uses Anthropic's Claude models to read deal sheets, prepare market comparisons and answer chat questions. For these features we send Anthropic only what the request needs: the deal sheet image, the vehicle and deal details, your general area, or your chat message. To find comparable prices, the model may run web searches using vehicle details; those searches don't include your name or email.

We instruct the model not to extract names, addresses or account numbers from deal sheets. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models. We don't use your data to train AI models of our own.

We share information only with providers that help us run our services, and only what each one needs:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Keeping and deleting data

• We keep your account and saved deals for as long as your account is open.
• You can delete your account at any time in DealBuddy under Profile → Delete account. This removes your account and saved deals from our active systems right away, and any remaining backup copies within 30 days.
• Deal sheet images are deleted after processing.
• Market comparison results that aren't linked to you may be cached to speed up later requests.
• Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you and keep basic records.
• Payment providers keep transaction records under their own legal obligations.

Your privacy rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it. Email privacy@tenzify.org from the address on your account so we can verify the request. We respond within 45 days.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we don't use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We will never treat you differently for using these rights. You can use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority.

Security

We encrypt data in transit with HTTPS, limit access to the people who operate the services, and rely on established providers for hosting and payments. No system is completely secure, so if we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and DealBuddy is intended for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Where data is processed

Tenzify is based in the United States, and our providers process data primarily in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll also tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
